How will I know when you are listing new work for sale?

How are the works of art shipped?

Smaller works on paper including abstracts and painted photographs in sturdy, flat mailers by Canada Post.

Larger works on paper including abstracts and painted photographs in sturdy tube mailers by Canada Post.

Small and medium sized works on canvas are shipped by Canada Post.

Large and oversize works on a case by case basis. (UPS - FedEx - Canada Post)

We ship internationally.

Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

What if my art gets lost?

I am committed to making sure my Customers are completely happy.

When checking out, please do make sure your email and mailing/shipping addresses are correct. Patti Friday Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Framing

All art is unframed unless otherwise stated. Everyone has different tastes, budgets and decor. This gives my Customers or their Designers the freedom to select the perfect look.

Do you take commissions?

Unfortunately, I'm not taking on commissions at this time..

Colour

I take great care in digitally photographing my work with high quality correctness. Remember, we all see colour slightly differently; light and device screens can also alter colours somewhat.

Returns

All sales are final.

My goal is to make sure you are completely captivated with your original art investment. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

I own full rights to my work under international copyright law even after the purchase of an original.
